I received an email today from CAL that Gil was selected as one of the three finalist in the Mainstream Fiction category.  Nice surprise, especially since today is Opening Day for MLB.

And, for being a finalist I have been invited to give a presentation on Gil at an event at the Tattered Cover Book Store.  Here are the details:
